Big Wild Gets Wild at Sub T (Review & Photos)
(Chicago, IL) – Weekends always start pretty early for adults, and when it comes to Chicago night-life there is not much difference from the the magnitude of the hectic concert scene.
Down in Wicker Park on Thursday night a mass of people went down to Subterranean venue-bar for the Cofresi style performance of Big Wild and the locally hyped Papa G from Chicago.
As per usual our Big Wild, otherwise known as Jackson, played a spectacular show with his drums and mixing consoles that night. Tons of people were mesmerized by some of his throwbacks and mashups. There was no one that was standing still during his performance.
Our other big act of the night is one of Chicago’s very own Papa G. His style is known for it’s consistent ability to move the crowd into a nostalgic sense of euphoria and even continues to leave people wanting more with reggae. Many nights with Papa G, just like that one, carry on through the ages, making people always coming back for more. These two can absolutely guarantee to give you a show no matter what. Make effort to go out and see these two in a town near you sometime.
