The Distillers Announce First Album in 16 Years
Punk fans got some great news this week from lead singer, Brody Dalle, of The Distillers. The band announced they will be working on their first album in sixteen years this April. Dalle let fans know in an Instagram post celebrating her 40 birthday.
Dalle confirmed the band would reunite as the same members that worked together on their 2003 release, “Coral Fang.”
Earlier this year, The Distillers released their first songs in almost fifteen years, “Man Vs. Magnet,“ and “Blood in Gutters.“ They also toured for the first time in 12 years in early 2018.
No tour dates have been released for 2019 so far, but they will be playing the Sonic Temple Art and Music Festival this May.
